Diva Salon and Spa Distinction We offer a guarantee for each of our exceptional services, treatments, and retail products. Our technicians and consultants have received the best training in the industry. They are constantly updating and expanding their knowledge and expertise. We are committed to creating a difference in your total well being by providing a combination of: Exclusive treatments and products Exceptional personal service Specially designed and zoned treatment areas Promptness Please check in 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment and 10 minutes prior to salon appointments to prepare for your visit. Late arrival will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa experience. What to expect Upon your arrival you will be provided with a robe and slippers for your convenience. Your comfort is our first concern. Disposable garments will be furnished during your treatment or swimsuits may be worn. During your treatment you will remain covered at all times. The therapist will expose only the area being treated. Consideration The spa is a place of peacefulness and reflection. Please respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests. Refraining from the use of cellular phones and pagers is greatly appreciated. Please arrange for child care as infants and children cannot be accommodated in the spa for extended salon appointments or any day spa appointments. Cancellation Policies All treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Cancellations and/or changes require a 24-hour notice. Clients who decide not to honor their appointments will be charged as follows: 24 hours or more notice: package will be cancelled without charge. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the price of the services booked will be charged. Failure to show: 100% of the price of the services booked will be charged. Diva Salon and Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Some services may require a credit card deposit in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Management reserves all rights.
