| THE PHROPHECY As the end of the century draws near, God's and the Devil's agents are racing to gain power. The Devil has been preparing by placing demons in paintings. When those paintings are bought, their owner is posessed by the demon. Kaitou Jeanne conquers the demon and returns its power to God. Maron is the only one who can do this without being posessed because she is the reincarnation of Jeanne D'Arc. Kaitou Sinbad also takes the power but returns it to the Devil (we think). If the Devil has more power by the end of 1999, he will gain control of the world. Kaitou Jeanne is trying to save the world from this fate. but what happens when God's agent and the Devil's agent fall in love with each other? |
The Story |
| The story is about a girl called Maron who is the reincarnation of Joan of Arc *as stated above*. She is chosen by God to help rid evil from the world. The angel Fin arrives to help her with the mission, by helping her to transform into Kaitou Jeanne. Her best friend Miyako is the daughter of a policeman, and her mission is to capture Jeanne who she has no idea is Maron. Miyako thinks that Jeanne is a thief, as everytime she destroys the evil, she must also destroy the painting. In the end, she joins her dad in trying to rid of Jeanne, or is there some reason behind it? Chiaki is *the* guy in the story, every single girl is LOVE with him. Only problem, he can turn into kaitou Sinbad, Jeanne's enemy. *in the anime she has no idea about this*. He lives next door to her (alone) and his angel is Acess Time. To make things worse, he has a fiancee, whom he doesn't actually like and his mission is to stop Maron being Jeanne *DUH he knows!* The story evolves from action cartoon to lovey dovey stuff. so if you hate romance, beware. It's rather obvious who likes who isn't it??? all those who are dumb: maron + chiaki like each other (although Maron is always so stubborn) fin + access used to like each other (now fin won't admit him and faces him as a rival till..) miyako likes chiaki..no, is obsessed with chiaki but DUH he doesn't like her. Yamato likes maron, but as i said, she's heaps stubborn. *alert spoiler*>>>Noin loves Jeanne as in the real Joan D'Arc. gets very confused with each other. By Danielle |
