Magyar cím. Kapcsos zárójelben a fordítás vagy a forrás angol címe. Fordító neve. Dőlttel a könyv- és folyóiratcímek. Kiadás helye, kiadás éve, kiadó. Folyóirat esetében zárójelben a kiadás helye és éve. sz = szám. Könyvek esetében egyenes zárójelben a sorozati cím. o = oldal.
