ANU Dominion Of Righteousness

The undersigned persons, representing the people of the NuBein Empire (Anu Dominion – EmpiRa’EL), an Elohcracy (an ecclesiastical state of Righteousness) organized and based upon the ancient heritage and principles of YHWH MeKhyYH’EL-Tzedek [(the Original Chief Scientist (Head/Archangel) of the Melchizedek EmpiRa’EL King Order [known as the Assembly (Church) of Elohim Sciences [(the EmpiRa’EL Church of Redemption)-(the Ancient Royal Social Order)] (1^st King-Warrior-Priest of The Most High Order of Righteousness)], constituting persons of many lands and nations, having been the subject of spiritual, cultural (religious) and commercial persecution and harassment,

DO HEREBY, come together to declare their desire and intent to formalize their universally creative sovereign family of Righteous governments and nations (the NuBein Empire – EmpiRa’EL), independent of outside influence, to guide and protect the people of Anu Dominion (Numanity – The Righteous/Redeemed Humanity).

Article 1. The Sovereign Nations of Anu Dominion shall be built upon constitutions describing and setting forth the rights and liberties of its people.

Article 2. Anu Dominion (EmpiRa’EL) shall be eternally governed by DeMpeRa and the perpetually forming & reforming Supreme Council of Light (the EmpiRa’EL High Council), to be known hereafter as the 24 Houses of Elders. The undersigned persons shall constitute the initial members of the House of Elders until such time as a formal election may be held as directed by DeMpeRa.

Article 3. Anu Dominion, its foundation being the preservation of Love, Peace, Happiness, Harmony, Righteous Freedom, Righteous Privacy, Collective and Individual Safety of its people shall exist perpetually.

Article 4. The people of Anu Dominion (NuBein Empire – EmpiRa’EL), as the people of other nations and lands, have increasingly been obstructed and prevented from carrying on and developing profitable and worthwhile commercial enterprise. Governments of most nations in these times of technological advancement and economic unrest, have persisted to lay down legislation and laws including unlawful and non-representative taxation on their peoples as well as overall mis-representation. Such Governments have lost sight of their primary purpose, the respect of their constituents and the basic insights and intents of their founders.

Article 5. Anu Dominion, shall possess no boundaries, shall set forth and insure its people of certain inalienable rights and shall at all times, be subject to the influence and direction of its people as mandated by DeMpeRa of the Dominion.

BE IT RESOLVED THEREFORE, we the undersigned representatives of the people of Anu Dominion, assembled in general meeting, do hereby, in the name and by the authority of the People (Children) of YHWH Elohim EL Elyon EL (DeMpeRa), solemnly publish and declare, that Anu Dominion is a righteously free and righteously independent Sovereign Family of Nation-States (Kingdoms), absolved and absent of any and all allegiances, and that all political connections between Anu Dominion and all nations, is and ought to be dissolved and (if fitting) may later be re-established under universally proper protocol, and that as an independent Sovereign Family of Nation States (Alkebulan Nations Unified Dominion of Righteousness), has full power to levy spiritual war in order to bless its enemies, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do ALL other acts and things which independent sovereign nations have the right to do.
