Staff
		Numbers put next to personnel on this list states ranking on the staff from 1 being highest and so forth.  What this means is that if I catch a staff member telling one of higher rank what to do I will personally deal with you. If you do not have a number next to your name here that means you are part of the staff but the others with a number are in essence in your chain of command, so to speak. I expect all staff to act accordingly and if you have issues with eachother to deal with it in privacy away from other members.  Staff business will not be broadcasted to the dream.  If there is an issue between two staff members that cannot be resolved between yourselves then I, Kyshietahla, will mediate the situation and deal with it accordingly. If you are a member and have a problem with one of my staff, you will talk to them about it directly in whispers or bring it to me and it will be dealt with.  Do not broadcast your problems to the rest of the dream because they don't need to know, nor do they care.
