| The Art Lovers group is open to anyone interested in the applied arts. You don't have to be talented, just interested. It is composed of beginners and experienced artists who enjoy getting together with others who share similar interests. The group meets once a year to plan a wide variety of activities, and monthly for an activity. Examples of some of the monthly activities from the past are: drawing and/or painting lessons, porcelain doll draping, sculpture workshops, tours of art museums, painting techniques in different media, tile painting, and stained glass demonstration. The monthly meetings are open to all members even though they not want to join this group. |
