April's penpal was a kindred spirit. Shawna and I are both Georgia peaches! She was such a fun penpal. We talked about children (Shawna is pregnant with her third child). We joked around about having a Georgia WWB meeting since there are several of us from Georgia. Shawna shared from her heart and revealed very personal information about herself. I was comfortable sharing personal information about myself because she was so open and caring. Shawna selected the strangest word in the dictionary for April's PenPal Word Game. It was "Brobdingnagian" and we won!
We nominated each other for PenPal of the Month and won in a 5-way tie: Shawna, Sandra, Beth, Spirit, and me. That's probably some sort of PenPal of the Month record! April was so much fun!
