| MY REPORT ON TOKYO DISNEYLAND |
It was heaps of fun. Woke up at 4:40am and left at 5:00am. It was about a 2 and a half hour drive to get there, and when we arrived it was about a half hour wait to get in. The first ride we went on was called 'Splash Mountain'. It was cool, as my little host sister Yuumi, said, it was scary and you can probably tell thatfs how she felt by her face in the photo. But it was great, I donft want to explain the ride too much though because if I do my mum wonft want to go on it if she goes to Disneyland with me later this year. Next we went to the eHaunted Mansionf it was great, not real spooky but looked fantastic. There were heaps of ghosts dancing and singing and they were singing in English. I enjoyed it more because I could understand it. From there we went to e Itfs a Small Worldf where they have hundreds of dolls from all over the world that sing and dance to the song eItfs a Small Worldf in many different languages. They even had a platypus, a kangaroo and koalas in the doll collection. After hearing the song eItfs a Small Worldf over and over again, we went to ePoohfs Hunny Huntf where you enter a big Winnie the Pooh book and are taken on an adventure based on a Pooh Bear story in a ehunny potf, it was great. For lunch we went to the eQueen of Hearts Garden Restaurantf based on the story eAlice in Wonderlandf. It was a lovely meal. After lunch we went and had a look around eToon Townf. I went on the Gadget Go Coaster by myself because my host sister thought it looked too scary. It was lots of fun. We then went on a 'Micro Adventure'. It was cool, based on the movie eHoney I Shrunk the Kidsf and we got shrunk. It was a 3D movie and it really made you jump. Then it was time to watch the eDisney Paradef, which was wonderful. After the parade we raced off to the eJungle Cruisef, which was great except I did not understand what the guide was joking about. Our next ride was on the eWestern Rail Road Trainf followed by a sit down, a rest and a drink. And to the ePirates of the Caribbeanf were we saw pirates destroy a village. Then just Yuumi and I went on eBig Thunder Mountainf a roller coaster train that took us flying around the mountain. It was great, both Yuumi and my favorite ride. And on to watch the fLight Showf, which was fantastic. After the light show we raced off to the eCinderella Castle Mystery Tourf were we had a tour around the bottom of the castle. Before leaving we went on two more rides, eSnow Whitef and ePinocchiof. They were Ok, but not as exciting if compared to the other rides. Lastly we had tea at Plaza restaurant and then went home. I slept most of the way in the car. |
