Helga, the KOP Test Pony
Helga is my knock-off pony and unwilling test subject. She was manufactured by the evil toy company Lanard, and arrived with a box of ponies I won on eBay. When I’m unsure how a pony will react to a certain paint or cleanser, I dig out Helga and perform a KOP test.
So
far, Helga has been bleached and soaked in dye remover. One of her legs was sanded to see if it
would remove an ink stain. Her head was
popped off and soaked in purple dye (you can’t tell from the picture that it’s
a darker lavender). The hair on her
shoulder is from when I was figuring out how to reroot hair. She has various types of paint on her side.
So what’s
next for Helga? I have several
cleansers I’d like to test, and I’m still trying to find a paint that matches
the one used on MLPs. I’ll update her
picture as she gets more interesting.
In the mean time, Helga is shivering in the corner, praying I’ll find a
new knock-off for testing.
