cStats MetaCheat Plugin - Build 1.0.1260.19553

This is it, the long awaited cStats Plugin for MetaCheat.
Download it, extract it to the MetaCheat folder and read the cStats-ReadMe.txt.

Don't ask me questions about something thats covered in the readme !
