A Trip to the Kilgor System
With vague directions and a
hand-drawn map, we made our way to the star Kilgor, 666 lightyears
distant from Sol. There are signs that an asteroid impact of great
magnitude occured in recent history. We were given a partial map:
We were also given a
"before" map... 
We can already see that either major
changes happened, or that erroneous information made it onto the map.
Both are incomplete, covering only a portion of one hemisphere.
Our first view of the planet, Kilgor Alpha:
We waited for the light to be right, and flew down toward the impact
crater:
Landing on the crater rim, we stayed briefly, then left.
