Dear Dr. Ginsberg, I am writing this to inform you that I will not accept working in an environment in which I am exposed to profanity towards other employees and myself by you. You use this type of angry behavior every day that I am working for you and I am asking for this type of environment to stop as long as I am your employee. I will also not accept being in a working environment where I witness any abuse to animals in that we are caring for. I am an honest, respectable and caring individual. This is a requirement that any individual must have when one assists with the health and the well being of animals. In return, I ask for the same from you. I am asking that you stop the profanity and anger when I am working with you at Crestview Animal Hospital. I am asking that you do not hit animals when I am working for Crestview Animal Hospital. Lisa Marie Tabor
