| Da Dopest shit was started back in 2002, when two White Suburban kids came to the realization that had wholesome, pure, natural Rapping Skills. In Addition, they set out to destroy another Suburban white rap group called The Icy Hot Stuntaz. (www.drivenbyboredom.com/bling.htm) The Duo started off by recording home demos of themselves and some friends (the DS crew) Freestyling over home made Casio Keyboard Beats. Ultimately the incredible duo became the great act we all know today as Da Dopest Shit. Papa Merce and Baby Boi are two of the brightest and best upcoming Metro Detroit talents. Papa Merce lays down tight Rhymes over his homemade beats and Baby Boi adds the sweet flava of his Sensual singing voice and an equally as talented Rhyme Lexicon. The duo prides itself on its talented "Don't Bore us, get to the chorus" style of Pop-rap that has made them the big stars they are today.
