
You will need:
JASC's PSP (30 day free trial)- You can get it HERE
Eye Candy 3.0- Download and place in your Plugins Folder. You can get it HERE
Ornamant Mask- Unzip and place in your Mask Folder in PSP

Pink Satin Ribbon- Unzip and place into a folder for easy access when you start the tutorial HERE

Step 1:
Open the graphic of your choice, Duplicate (Shift Key +D) close your original graphic. Open your Pink Satin Ribbon in PSP and minimize, we will be using it later.
Step 2:
Resize your image to 350 Width on Longest side. Then go to Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.
Step 3:
Duplicate your image and minimize the duplicated one for now. We will use it later.
Step 4:
On your first copy of the image, go to Masks, and navigate to your Ornament Mask that you unzipped into your Mask folder and double click on it, this is what you should have.


Step 5:
Click on Masks again and navigate down to delete, a box will pop up asking, Would you like this mask merged into the current layer? Select "yes".


Step 6:
Go to your Layers Palette and add another layer,


Step 7:
On your Tool Bar click on the Paint Bucket
Flood Fill with Pink Satin Ribbon. Go to Layers, Merge, Merge All, Flatten. This is what you should have so far.

Step 8:
Okay we are half way there! Let's restore our copy of our second picture. On the Tool Bar click on your Selection Tool.
Set it to rectangle, feather set to 0, antialias checked. Select a small area of your graphic as shown below.

Step 9:
Go to your Color Palette, then your background colors change the color to solid and pick white. Go to Image, Add Borders. A box will pop up, under Border size put a check in the box marked Symmetric. Next to the box marked "Top" type the number 15, it should now be in all four boxes. Click okay. On the Tool Bar, click on your Magic Wand Tool, tolerance and feather set to 0, and the antialias checked.
Click on the white border around your picture. You should now have marching ants around your picture.

Step 10:
Making sure your background is still set to white, add another border Symmetric, 15 click okay. On the tool bar, click on your Magic Wand Tool, tolerance and feather set to 0, and the antialias checked. Click on the white border around your picture. You should again have marching ants around your picture. On the Color Palette in the Style's Palette, background, select pattern and navigate to our Pink Satin Ribbon in the Pattern Box. Set the Scale to 50% and Angels to 0, and Flood Fill
our border with the Bucket Tool on the Tool Bar.
Step 11:
Okay we are almost there :) Now we want to add one last border, your background should still be white. Images, Add Border and use the same settings. Click on the Magic Wand
then your white border. Now one more time we need to change the settings on our pattern and navigate back to the duplicate of our picture like we did in step 9, using the same settings: Scale 100 and Angles 0, Flood Fill the white border with your pattern. Leave it selected and go back to Eye Candy click on swirl, and use the following settings: Whirlpool Spacing (pixels) 7, Smear length (pixels) 7, Twist% 100, Streak detail 100, a check in the box next to warp, hit okay. Deselect, selections, select none. That's it! Go to Selections, select none. Resize for your group requirement postings, Sharpen/Sharpen and your done.
