Welcome to my Den. I'm known here, and in many places as 'doreiwolf'. I'll leave it to those with a gift or interest in languages to puzzle out the 'dorei' (though I'll give a hint that it's linked to my 'interest' in the Dominance and submission (D/s) lifestyle). The wolf is obvious, and I'll explain more about that later.

I've been quite active on the Web over the last few years, but it's been a bit here, and a bit there. This web page is my attempt to pull all the dispirate things I've done together. In some cases I've simply take the pages I've written elsewhere and put them here (removing the other site in the process). In other cases I've taken written, but never 'published' pages and published them here. Otherwise, I've linked to other places where my 'works' reside and you'll find them at the Other Sites link at left. I've a wide range of interests, but only a few will I devote myself to here. At this site you'll find stuff on the D/s (Dominance and submission) lifestyle and on wolves. More topics may be added later, but I've only got 15 meg to play with.

Sounds like the name of some masked hero doesn't it? The Scarlet Pimpernal and the Purple Paw? Well as good as it might seem for such a purpose, this is just my little explanation of the paw graphic at the top of the page. The paw motif is probably obvious, it represents the wolf, which is the animal I most 'identify' with. Whether you call it an obsession, a spiritual calling, or whatever, I don't really care. I just love wolves.

Ok. So we have a paw. Why purple? Well I like the colour, that's one reason. The second is more 'spiritual' and I make no excuses for that. I'm a Pagan/Wiccan (I've never fully defined my beliefs; it's not that important), and certain colours 'mean' certain things. In this case the purple represents "Success, power and spirituality". The paw is a blending of two things that currently define me.
