Procedure

1. Send a message to my email address, pacechemistry@hotmail.com, telling me what titles from my lists that you're interested in, and whether you want to obtain them through trade or reimbursement request. Include your full name, email address, and physical mailing address in your email. If you want to do a trade, put in a list of tapes along with their quality that you could trade with or supply the url to your trade list.

- maximum limit of 6 tapes per request/trade.
- only 1 request/trade at a time per person per address.
- you must email me for approval every time you want to request/trade, even if you have requested from or traded with me before. This helps keep turn around time to a minimum. Sending reimbursement requests or tapes for trade to my mailing address without obtaining prior approval from me will result in my returning everything unopened back to you, since I will be keeping track of who I give approval to. This rule also applies to PayPal requests.
2. I will try to reply as soon as possible. If I accept your request/trade, then I will send you my full name and address for you to mail your request/trade to. In the case of PayPal requests, I will send you my full name and the email address to send payment to.
3. You will then send me a letter with the titles you were approved for, full name, email address, and physical mailing address, along with reimbursement/tapes.
4. The tapes I use to record on will be mostly Fuji Pro tapes with clear plastic sleeves. Color spine labels (which I personally designed ^_^) will be automatically included unless you indicate a preferance for the tapes to be unlabelled. If I run out of these tapes, I will then use Maxell Gold with paper sleeves until more Fuji Pro tapes are available.
5. If you have not received your tapes within a month of sending out your reimbursement request through snail mail, or within three weeks of sending out your tape trade or PayPal payment, then email me. Otherwise, I will not respond to emails concerning the status of your tapes if less than that amount of time has passed.

Further Trade Information

1. I will trade tape for tape of roughly equivalent quality. Most of my tapes are 1st or 2nd generation tapes, so I'd like to trade for tapes up to 3rd generation.
2. If you are the one who approached me first for the trade, then you will be the one who first mails the tapes out. Only after I receive the tapes, will I then mail tapes out to you. If I find that there is something seriously wrong with the tapes I receive (for example: if they are X generation tapes, or you used KMart tapes to record on) then I will simply send those tapes back to you and trading is terminated.
3. I am not interested in trading for Dragonball/DBZ/DBGT, and will not trade for any commercial anime.
4. I will email you after I've sent the tapes out.

Further Reimbursement Request Information

1. If you don't have tapes to trade with, this is the alternative way of obtaining tapes from me. The only forms of reimbursement that I will accept are:
- PayPal payments electronically transferred to my PayPal account. You need to have a registered account with PayPal to be able to use this method of payment. Once I receive confirmation from PayPal that payment has been successfully deposited into my account, I will then get started on the requested tapes.
- USPS (US Postal Service) money order, made out to my full name, which I will give out with my approval reply. I will not accept any other kinds of money orders. It has to be a money order bought at the post office for $.80 (light orange with green stripes), not some other kind such as Western Union.
- Very well concealed cash (meaning you make sure to wrap it up well enough that it isn't visible through the envelope, and don't send coins, since they're very easy to feel and hear jingling around in the envelope). Please note that sending cash through the mail is at your own risk.
2. If insufficient reimbursement is sent, the money order is made out to the wrong name, or a personal check is sent, then I will simply send it back to you.
3. Reimbursement rates are as follows (shipping and handling costs are included):
1 tape = $8 , 2 tapes = $14 , 3 tapes = $20 , 4 tapes = $26 , 5 tapes = $32 , and 6 tapes = $38.
4. After I send out the tapes, I will send you an email letting you know that your tapes have been shipped out. This saves me the effort of having to make and maintain a status page.
