| I'm sad to share with you the news that my pal, Sweetie the Guinea Pig, passed on to the next level last week. She was eight years old, a fine and noble age amongst her people. She was laid to rest in the Province Lands, in a private ceremony. |
| They treat us well here, and she was spoiled with restaurant produce castoffs, cardboard houses to nibble on, and...her favorite each spring...many different pansies. We hope that she enjoys more of the same upon arriving at Pig Heaven. Pig was a fine friend. I will miss our late night cribbage games, pots of mint tea, and long discussions about life and what's good to eat.. |
