The lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet is very much alive today.
Many find her on their paths, and every story told about meeting her in one's life is different
yet most stories strike a familiar tone.
The Goddess Sekhmet is a great healer and fighter for what She believes is right. She is here in a time when women are growing more powerful, and men are showing their more sensitive strength.
The Iseum of Sekhmet was chartered
by Lady Olivia Robertson, co-founder of the Fellowship of Isis. This Iseum was founded
to make knowledge about the Goddess available to others, to share information and find
friends in other followers of this Goddess. The Iseum was founded in The Netherlands,
Europe and that is where work will be done in a more practical way. We welcome everyone
living in or outside The Netherlands on this site and are looking forward to working with
Fellowship Of Isis-members and other interested individuals, and would love to hear from other Iseums.
In the future we will offer online information and message boards and we're planning to start up
an online chat forum for those travelling on their magical and spiritual paths alone all over the world.
People interested in joining a group that honors the Egyptian Deities and Sekhmet
in particular, can mail us, we're happy to meet you!
The Iseum will also make FOI information available in Dutch translations. Most people can read and write English in Holland, but especially with happenings such as rituals it is very important to get it all right and translations can ease the way down the path of Worship.
If you are
interested in translations of any of the FOI publications please let us know. You will
find a list of FOI publications on the FOI website listed as one of our favourite links.
In due time a list of translations will be published here on the site. We warmly weldome new FOI and Iseum of Sekhmet members.
