These persons commit a state crime when, on the basis of misinterpretations of laws RUz, or with the purpose of satisfaction of personal ambitions, feelings of revenge, difference of opinion with another, or for satisfaction of similar ambitions of the heads goes on infringement of laws of Republic of Uzbekistan and its Constitutions.
These state crimes, with aggravating consequences are considered such a crime when the above named infringements of laws RUz are made ostensibly on behalf of the state, in working hours and with the use of service position.
These state crimes have no statute of limitations and all persons registered in infringement of the laws and Constitution RUz in documents of OSCE, The Head Commissioner of the United Nations for Human Rights, Committee of the United Nations against Torture, the Helsinki Movement, national and international human rights organisations, will be held responsible, independent of their service position, religious beliefs, nationality, state awards, age or state of health.
