1 bag frozen hash brown O'Brein potatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1-1lb. bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1 medim diced onion 16 oz. sour cream 1 stick of butter or margarine 2 c. crushed cornflakes |
1. In a casserole dish add potatoes. 2. Mix in soup, sour cream, and onions. 3. Spread mixture over the potatoes. 4. Top with cheese. 5. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. 6. Drizzle butter over the top. 7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
