| Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto |
| 48 medium asparagus, tough ends trimmed 48 paper thin slices of prosciutto (11/2 lbs) |
| 1. Cook asparagus for about 3 minutes and then plunge into ice water. Pat dry. 2. Wrap each asparagus spear with prosciutto, leaving the tip exposed. Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate atleast atleast 1 hour before serving. Do not refrigerate longer than 24 hours in advance. |
