Crab Stuffed Potatoes |
10 baked potatoes, sliced lenghthwise 1 lb. white crab meat 1/8 c. minced parsley 1 tbsp. minced garlic to taste: white pepper, black pepper and cayenne pepper 1/8 c. red bell pepper, diced 1 tsp. minced celery leaves or 1 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 c. ( or more) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1. Scoop out potatoes. 2. Mix with remaining ingredients. Restuff potatoes. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes. 4. Slice in half and serve with sour cream and chives or ranch dressing. Serves 20. May also be served as a side dish. |
