Egg Rolls |
1 1/2 c. cooked pork roast or chops, finely chopped 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 finely chopped green onions 1/2 c. bean sprouts 1/2 c. finely shreaded cabbage 1 package egg roll wraps |
1. Mix together first 7 ingredients. 2. Place 3-4 tablespoons of the meat mixture on an egg roll wrap. Wet half of the wrap with a small amount of water. 3. Fold in half over the meat. Seal. 4. Wet and seal ends. Roll snuggly. Wet to seal. 5. Deep fry in peanut oil until brown. |
