Ham Balls |
1 pound ground ham 1 1/2 pound lean ground pork 2 beaten eggs 2 c. bread crumbs 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix well and shape into balls about the size of golf balls. Place in a 1 quart casserole. 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup water Mix and pour over Ham Balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn balls over and cover dish. Continue bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour |
