| Key Lime Cake |
| Cake 1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix 1 (3 oz) pkg lime Jell-O 5 eggs (or 1 1/4 c egg beaters) 3/4 c orange juice 3/4 c oil Combine all ingredients & blend well. Pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes (careful not to overbake). Prick with fork when cool, then glaze |
| Glaze 1/2 c. key lime juice (or lemon) 6 tbsp. powdered sugar Combine lime juice & sugar. Drizzle over cake. Store cake in frig. |
