Layered Brie |
1 wheel of Brie 3 oz. Blue Cheese at room temperature 3 tbsp. creme fraiche or sour cream 2 tbsp finely chopped toasted walnuts 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh sage leaves 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives 1/2 tsp. course black pepper |
1. Refrigerate Brie for 1 hour.Cut cheese horizonally in half and remove top and place bottom on a serving platter. 2. Mix ingredients and spread evenly over the bottom half of the cheese. 3. Before serving allow cheese to acheive room temperature. 4. To serve, cut in 11/2 inch wide rings. |
