Orange and Fennel Olives |
2 jars (4 3/4 oz.) Nicose olives, drained 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced pinch of fennel seeds, lightly crushed Pinch grated orange zest pinch freshly grated pepper |
Combine all ingredients. Marinate at room temperature for atleast 1 hour. Serve in small bowls. |
