New Orleans BBQ Shrimp |
1 -2 lbs. large shrimp per person 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 5-10 mixed peppercorns crushed cayenne pepper to taste |
1. Preheat oven to 550 degrees. 2. Toss shrimp with all ingredients. 3. Broil until shrimp are pink and curled. Never eat a shrimp that is not curled, because it is not fresh. 4. Serve immediately with hot crusty french bread. |
