2 Average Sized Yellow or Zucchini Squash, diced
1 medium diced onion
8 - 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten
1 - 1 1/2 c. flour
sugar to taste
salt and pepper
milk
Squash Fritters
1. Combine all ingredients.  Add enough milk to make a batter.


2. Using enough grease to keep from sticking in a fry pan, fry in small pancake-sized fritters, until golden brown on both sides.


3. Drain onto paper towels.
