TOP RAMEN COLESLAW




½ head cabbage, finely sliced
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted (2 oz pkg)*
3-4 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame seed
l pkg Top Ramen chicken-flavored noodles

Crumble the noodles in small chunks (save the flavoring envelope)
Add to cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds


Mix together:

2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 package chicken flavoring from the Tom Ramen

Mix with cabbage, refrigerate to blend. It keeps well overnight.

*toast in oven for 350 oven for about 10 minutes or saute in butter & oil. Watch ‘em; they burn easily.
