Extra Dry Martini
Dash of dry French Vermouth
3 oz. gin or vodka
In a mixing glass, stir the ingredients with ice for thirty seconds.  Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pitted cocktail olive.
*Note: If this drink is to be served on the rocks (with ice), stir in the glass

Dirty Martini
1 1/2 oz. gin
Olive Juice to taste
Dry Vermouth (optional)
Stir over ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


Silver Bullet
1 1/2 oz. gin
Splash of Scotch
Can be served on the rocks or chilled.

Cosmopolitian Martini
1 part Contreau
2 parts vodka
Juice from 1/2 a lime
Splash of cranberry juice
Pour into a shaker with ice.  Strain into a chilled glass.


Cranberry Apple Martini
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. apple liquer
2 oz. cranberry juice
Pour into a shaker with ice.  Strain into chilled glasses.


Mexican Martini
Dash of Tequila
3 oz. Vodka
3 jalapeno stuffed olives.
Glaze a cocktail glass with tequila by swirling. Pour out any remaining drops.  Shake 1 1/2 oz.vodka and pour into the glass.  Add the olives.

Cranberry Martinis
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1 fifth of vodka
Lime wedges for garnish
Atleast three days in advance: Combine sugar and water over medium heat . Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook until the sugar has disolved, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add cranberries. Set aside at room temperature for 2 hours
Combine mixture and vodka.  Cover and refrigerate for two days. Strain cranberries, a save for garnish.
