Welcome to my Wilde Lake Site. The photos above are actual pictures taken by my cousin, Lee. After searching for information on the lake, I found out that it is 22 acres man-made with a depth range from 13 feet at back to 7-8 in central part of lake. As you can see by the pictures, it is a very beautiful place to visit.

Lake was originally a low-lying meadow covered with rough grass, with just a small stream running through it.

The dam is 200 by 15 feet high. Water flows downstream into Lake Kittamaqundi. The path around the lake is 1.46 miles.

The lake & its dam were built by the Columbia Association. The dam face is constructed in four steps of poured concrete. The surface texture is made from the use of logs imprinted in the concrete.
