..lucidity..

Keeping a dream journal is an excellent way to remember your dreams. Whenever I read over my notes and stories, I need a few paragraphs to remember old dreams and less for newer dreams. But every dream I have written down, I am able to recall it as though I just had that dream. The technique is to write down as much detail as you can. You can write them as notes or in the context of a story. Writing it as a story will help you remember it more, because rereading it will take you back through the actual steps you took in the dream. But sometimes, the details may not connect. when this happens, just start a new paragraph and point out that there is a change in scenery. Try to keep the entire log in chronological order. Drawing the scene is also a very effective in capturing detail that words could never describe; even a bad sketch will frame the dream forever.
Mystical creatures, like the Dragon, are symbolic. The next time a creature of fantasy appears, remember to look at the surrounding area. The creature may be protecting, guarding, channeling, or leading the dreamer to a certain event. In lucid dreams, the dream journal comes in at the most useful part. Try to organize each dream when the creature appears and connect the scenes together. Don't set your mind on trying to find a huge meaning behind it, just keep your eyes open for the smallest similarities and remember to write them down. Clown
For example. I remember seeing a friend of mine in mulitple dreams, and each time I saw her, it was during a different episode (a drean not related to any other). I had the same feelings for her at different moments. But like a deja-vu of an event that never happened, I realized that each dream I had with her appearance, she was visiting me back home. She was always in the mood to explore the island I grew up on. she was always on vacation, and that was how we last saw each other...on her vacation to see me. These are a few of the detailed similarities that may not make a big deal in the waking world, but surely adds to the complex mystery of the human mind.

For the lucid dreams, controlling your imagination is not something you can acquire overnight. It takes consecutive dream attempts to discover the loops and gaps that make it possible. The best way to achieve this is by observing everything around you in during lucidity. If there is a dream that appears to you more than once, look for anything related in each dream, even something as small as the color theme. These details are what makes you imagination distinguishable from your normal dreams you can't remember.

It is not always important to remember your dreams. I have had nights filled with the most interesting details of my life unfolded in front of my eyes, only to have forgotten it the moment I wake up. I also have dreams that stay fresh in mind and are detailed enough to put into words. I have had consecutive nights of recording followed by dead silence for weeks. Recording a dream is a good thing, but remember, we can't always have good things in our lives.

There are times when everyone can remember walking around in a dream, asking questions to the nature of our surroundings. I am always compelled to touch items in my dreams and I can tell that these objects are not apart of my waking life; they are apart of my dream state. When you first realize that you are dreaming and become apparent of the dream state you are in, this is known as lucid dreaming. The next steps of lucidity are trying to control the environment around you. The will of controlling your dream comes from deep within. The emotions for wanting something to happen is apart of Your full concentration. I have experienced many "powers" in my dreams, all thanks to recognizing my surroundings.

In this state is where most of your creativity comes into effect. When you first realize that you are dreaming, try running in circles to get an idea of how different reality is. Not remembering your dreams is a case developed by not taking part in your dreams. For most of your dreams (in one night) you take part in the "adventures" as a spectator, but when you become aware of your lucid state, you become the lead character, able to change anything to suit your needs. The change can be something simple as walking in another direction to someplace you would rather go. In your dream, you could be walking up a steep hill, causing you strain. Simply turn and start walking back down the hill, changing the direction your dream has laid out for you. A change can make a difference in your dream, ranging from flying at will, stopping time and the movement of everyone around you.

The ability to preload your dream before you fall asleep is something that works only part of the time. The techniques to accomplish this is something I do not usually use, Only because I would rather have my dreams be a surprise. No matter what the dream, there exists a feeling like you know what to do, or where to go. This is the information that your dream has given to you. The techniques to construct your dreams from certain images is a random chance. A dreamer may be able to accomplish this by thinking of nothing but what is desired before falling asleep. For example, if you want your dream to include your favorite celebrity, watch a movie with him/her in the cast, preferably the main character and replay the movie in your head before falling asleep. You may or may not dream your celebrity, but the chances will be greater. You may even relive the actual movie in your dream, which I have experienced.
War Lucid dreams are something that everyone should be made aware. It is what makes the dream an exciting experience. When you lucid dream, you remember more detail of your dreams because your active roles have more of a lasting impression. Whether these feeling come from the a climb on the highest mountain in the world, the adrenaline flowing through a crime just committed, or the hot emotions you feel with a special someone that just so happened to be there, we all have lucid dreams. I have experienced many lucid dreams, but there are times when I don't remember anything from my dreams.
There are many ideas you can construct in preparation for a vivid lucid dream. Relax. Don't put too much pressure on your mind. Know what to look for in your dream and the differences from the waking world? Your mind is busy assembling characteristics that make up the dream, that you are able to wander away and blur out what is real.

What every dreamer must first understand is that you must relax. The type of performance that your mind operates, if under stress and expectation, will fall short of satisfaction. Learn to control your breathing before falling asleep. This will ease your mind and bring your body into a deeper level of experience. At this depth, you are capable of falling asleep without loosing complete consciousness; but don't expect to have an experience all at once. It takes time and concentration to focus your energy and ease your mind of anything unnecessary. Ever think about nothing? Even picturing blackness is something; a form of color. This process is difficult but possible. It will clear your mind for a fresh slate of drawing board for your imagination's fluorescent highlighter.

Did you know that the human mind has multiple dreams each night? I'm not talking just about the ones you remember, but also the dozen others that you can't remember. Lucid dreaming only comes into effect about halfway through the dream process, and also varies from dreamer to dreamer (some sooner than others). If you are looking for ways to keep your dream alive after you are in lucid state, you must learn from your dream. If you arrive at lucid state and expect to continue with the dream on another path, you dream will end short, leaving you hanging for more. The trick to experiencing a full dream of lucid state, you must continue with what your dream has given you. If you were fighting a wild forest fire in your dream, continue to extinguish the blaze. Now, aim the water hose at something else. Sounds pretty simple right? But it is easier than a dreamer who decides to drop the hose and run from the fire into the dark cold woods, expecting to find the highway back to town. In your dream, it is best to stay in the local area, unless you are already moving or know the area well. I have had dreams that I was forced to advance, but not in my favor. In other words, I didn't like where the dream was going, so I decided to change my impression and add the elements that suited me best. I stayed in the area and took the time to explore more of the dream that was hidden from me.

If you wish to maintain the state of lucid dreaming for a long while, like the entire length of the dream, you must first understand that your "knowing" greatly affects the consciousness of the dream. If you become to too excited about knowing that you are dreaming, you will energize yourself awake. Act normal, and don't let the idea get to you. After you have had lucid dreams for awhile, you will numb to the idea and the experience won't shock you as much. The dreamer will be able to concentrate on what matters most, the detail of the dream. When dreaming, the first-person experience lasts the longest during the dream. When you step out of your body and see yourself from the top corner of the room, your dream will start concluding. It is a way for your mind to take one last look at the progress of this dream before transferring to another, or waking up altogether. Many hot dreams end with a unsatisfied ending because of the overwhelming excitement in the dreamer, but the more lucid dreams you have, the easier it is to hold on the to the lucid state. Practice makes perfect.

Dream control may allow us to unlock our unexplored regions of the mind. We only use a small 6%-8% of our brain, which is ridicules with what we have already accomplished. With at least 90% usage of our brain, I believe telekinesis to be possible. I also believe our minds, in our dream state, to be more open than those of our waking state. It would explain the ability to manipulate reality as easily as we can in our dreams.

A problem with restless sleep and blank dreams are probably a result from trying too hard. I know that if I put too much effort into having a dream, I will choke on an image and what ever I dream will be lost in my stockpile of memories. Plus, going to sleep at 5 o'clock in the morning, will not assure a detailed dream. You have to give your mind time to sort through the ideas you have accumulated over the day. This usually happens during the half hour to hour before the dreamer falls asleep. The blank imagination is like drawing board for the subconscious. Interrupting the creativity will jog efforts to remembering your dream. Some people say that nightmares and the loss of dreams are results from what you eat the night before. I don't believe this to be true, although there are some foods that came disrupt the digestive system. I do know that dreams are altered, more or less detailed. The best starter to dreaming is to dump your short-term memory, falling back on stored information. This will give the mind an easy, organized lead. After the dream, the dreamer usually feels refreshed with the dream experience fresh in mind. When the dream can not be remembered, there is always tomorrow night. There will always be a chance to sleep. Keep a notebook and pen next to your bed and try and capture even the smallest detail. Not the entire story, simply a word or two works well. If dreamer remembers a best friend in the dream, their name can remember more: where you both were at the time, what you both were, or what you said to each other. Don't worry about spelling, these words are your notes.
Becoming aware of lucid dreaming is a task hard to master. It has taken me many nights to understand what was happening each night I fell asleep; a transformation into another world. It is my universal understanding, look for the small details that distinguish a dream from the waking life. For example, a dreamer obviously knows that they can not be on a pirate ship, sailing the seven seas with BlackBeard when they are asleep in a comfortable bed. Small details will bring out the large differences that will allow manual control of the dream and change according to desire and concentration. Famine
There are different techniques that allow the dreamer to control their dreams. The secret is to focus on what is desired to accomplish. If flight is the main point of interest, feel the feet part with the ground. Lift with the energy within. This will give drag that is needed to move around without motion; to run away from enemies and allow travel outside the contained imagination.

Being able to control your dreams takes a series of techniques that the dreamer may not be able to achieve overnight. It takes mental concentration to obtain a goal, what ever that may be. There are different focus points when looking at a way to controlling a dream, different aspects, and different parts of the dream that can be controlled. For example, the light in the room, or field of vision, can be changed with an adapter. Change the darkness of the room to a blinding light, the lust color red to envy shade of green. Everything depends on the depth of concentration. Acknowledgment is a hard ability but vital to overcoming the dream. One's field of vision can be zoomed on distant objects like that of a video camera. One can bypass minutes and hours of time a blink of an eye. The ability to fly is one of the most widely accepted claims that a dream is taking a place, and one of the most desired controls in the dream realm.

Where to start when explaining how to overcome nightmares. I have been able to successfully eliminate a threat in one of my dreams. The technique I used was a style of free-will. I never wanted any of the situation to take place, so I did not let it happen. I tripped the “Fast-forward button" on my subconscious and skipped over the parts that I did not want to see. The dream was about a confrontation on something I did not do. An authority figure acted towards me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Another element you need to remember when dealing with nightmares: it is all a dream. Nothing will hurt you. You can breathe under water and loose an arm and not feel anything strange. Understand that you have control over the outcome in every dream. Some dreams are pre-ordained to end on a good note, some on a bad note, but that does mean that you can not tweak a few details. When a nightmare haunts a dreamer and they are unable to escape the reality that was created, simply run. It sounds like a ridicules idea, but sometimes running is the best way to tweak the dream and set the dreamer on a path that more suits a more mental comfort.

I would not say that it is impossible to kill in a dream. I think it can be done, to only a certain a degree of belief. I have a belief that the waking world and dream world are connected in life and death, but that is another story.
Pestilance In one dream, I was forced to cut off my own finger with garden sheers. I could not feel the pain that I would normally suffer. There was no blood, no pain, and no reason to focus on that part of the dream. When it comes to completely eliminating a character from a dream, either through death or dismemberment, I am not entirely sure. I have never attempted to end someone's life. I have had encounters where I felt angered enough to screw up their emotional life, but never went as far as causing physical pain. Normally, if a situation arose that was not in my favor, I would simple change the channel by walking away, talking to someone else, or doing the unexpected and standing up for myself.
Because each dream is programmed, it it possible to know what happen next, but this does not exclude any change. The dream world revolves around the dreamer's actions. If a dreamer decides to leave their present location and fly off to a foreign country, the dream will have to follow the dreamer there, creating another scenario of experience. I have had situations that left my hanging. When concentrating on a particular task in a dream, I would wake finding my self disappointed and drastically trying to fall back asleep. When this happens, there is nothing I can do. If I wake, I wake. It was possibly because of a lack of concentration; not holding certain images and actions in my head. If a dreamer is focused to fly in their dream, they need to keep the process active in their mind. Do not loose track of your position or you will loose your "power," which could sometimes result in waking up.

It is possible to speed up the dream if the dreamer waiting for a particular moment. I believer dreams should be experienced, rather than merely being watched. Every second in a dream is one second more of freedom from the waking life. If you speed up your dream to simply get revenge against an evil leader, you will miss out on the many experiences that could unfold. Who knows what could happen next. If a dreamer encounters a villain that needs to be killed, take enough time to enjoy the dream. Don't rush through the ordeal hoping that everything will be over. Plan out the process and follow through, holding the idea that everything will succeed

When a person falls asleep their dream world takes the best of them, sending their consciousness into the depth of their own imagination. Through dream control, they are able to mold their dreams into the experience they want to have. When a dream is not going their way, such as a horrifying intruder, unpleasant guests, or annoying friends, techniques can be used to help kick-start any dream into the right direction. One simple technique is the art of flying. It is very possible for everyone to have experienced flying over buildings or a body of water. The phenomenon does not have to be random or spontaneous. Flying can occur whenever the dreamer wills it.

Follow this technique to fly: Start walking in one direction. Next, Walk faster but do not pay attention to the steps. Concentration of the individual step will make the dreamer loose their position. Once at a pleasurable speed, that is running without any effort, jump. Enough concentration will lift the dreamer from the ground. The trick to this techniques is to lift your feet at the right moment.

The techniques I learned have taken me to new heights in experience and familiar depths of my subconscious. I am not here to tell you how to stage your life. That is not my place. I am merely offered as a guide through this riddle called dreams that we all must solve. In our dreams, we see memories of old and visions of tomorrow without the doubt of concern for the consequences. Many dreamers take their dreams for granted.

Lucidity

..seconds to enjoy a lifetime..

Unfortunately this is how it works. Though, when the dreamer uses their imagination, they can take control of the situation and plan each ordeal with little desire. To even consider dream control (the act of manipulation), one must be familiar with lucid dreaming. In the lucidity state of our dreams, we become apparent of our surroundings. We see ourselves, often in a 3rd person stance, sometimes as slaves to an invisible order of direction. We live along preprogrammed paths of peril and promise. The method of dream control breaks free for these barriers of straight walking and marble-talking zombies.

Once a dreamer have reached the lucid state of consciousness, they must learn to concentrate and visualize their goal. Meditation and relaxation is the best method to strengthen one's mind and prepare for easy control. Once a dreamer has a fix on the dream world and has an obvious sense of where they are, the opportunity to change arises. Want the color of sky to fade into a bright shade of pink? Let it happen, although I personally would not want to. Everything takes concentration. The dream world is created with imagination. There are no rules that forbid the creator from editing his work.

I prefer to use "spur-the-moment" alterations in my dreams. These techniques require the same concentration but with little bit of added focus. With these techniques, timing is everything. I use such technical devices as flying, hovering, creating light, freezing time, teleportation, and other useful alterations to help me on my way through dream reality. The most used technique I have is taking control of the present situation. When I am faced with a dream that has an ill-favored fate, such as being run down by a van, I choose to not go down that path. I stray from light of sight and take to the sky. Flight was designed to avoid nightmares. I honestly do not remember my last time horrifying dream. There are dreams that stir my sense into questioning my state, but they do not leave scars. I also have dreams that I resent, simply because of it's obscurity and odd nature. The techniques and concentration curves I have learned are valuable to me, knowing I am able to change the shape of my world with the blink of an eye. I take the extra time to relax before falling asleep and I am able to see a whole new world in control.
Through meditation, the dreamer has the power to help expand their mind and strengthen their grasp on reality. Keeping a dream journal is a helpful tool. When reading old inserts, I am able to recall pin-point memories of my dreams. With more detail in my log, I am able to rebuild the world and work with logical detail. Maybe the significance of detail has a impact on the waking world, and maybe the waking world affects our dreams. Whichever the method of reality for the dreamer, reality works for a reason. Death
Night Terrors are creatures of the subconscious. A dreamer may or may not be able to control them, and some may be personal obstacles to overcome. Remember that there is always a way around a nightmare. They are not presented as dead ends. They are detours to a deeper level of subconscious. When dealing with these terrors, take the following into consideration. Don't get scared. Breathe. What these creatures do can be up to you. If they chase you down, use the situation against them and have fun.

There are many triggers to lucid dreaming. The techniques I use, could be considered universal but may be subjective in some cases. The techniques I use, similar to inducing out-of-body experiences, may not work for everyone. In the state of natural dreaming, the dreamer is consciously unaware of his surroundings. When a lucid dream is invoked, usually through meditation or realization, the dream experience transforms into another level of consciousness. In this state, the dreamer is in control. From this point, reality is considered an impressionable drawing pad for the imagination. Although some dreams are predestined with a specific ending, usually followed by a moral of personal understanding, dream are not difficult to control

Control is not just limited to a specific dream. From experience, dreams drive the dreamer through scenarios may seem to have no purpose or divine meaning such as wandering around a familiar town with an unconscious agenda to find a lost friend. These dreams are open to interpretation and are very subjective in detail. Once lucid, the dreamer is in control of this dream world. Changing direction is the simplest action that can drastically change the outcome of the dream. If the dreamer is lead into a dark alleyway that is found to be rather disturbing, the dreamer can turn around and find a form of interaction to alter the dream. This methods of distraction confuses the dream from its path, and garbles any dream demon that might have lived in that dark alley.

In a dark room, the dreamer has the ability to create light without any light source. I have been able to focus my vision on distance objects without moving my feet. The trick to focus is to find a form of concentration that suits the dreamer best. Before I go to bed, I usually find my dream ID hovering in the air to escape any drastic situation that may deform the characters of my dreams. I have hypothesized the ability to control time as well a form of invisibility. Although these ideas are practical and useful, the technique to achieve these actions are not as easy as them seem.

Personally, I don't find the importance in controlling every dream I have. With complete control, I are obligated to refresh the very detail that I hope to eimply enjoy. I would rather sleep easy with a preloaded dream to ease my mind. Sometimes, I allow the dream to take me over and reveal to me a world that could never be reality. When the time is right, or when reality becomes too impossible to accept, the techniques through meditation and concentration that allow me to control my dream world, will bring more detail into the light.
