"D D" Rabbitry was a small to medium sized rabbitry located in Olivet, Michigan which is between Battle Creek and Lansing, just off I-69. Due to a number of reasons, we have come to the heartbreaking decision to sell all of our bunnies for the time being. We hope to resume our rabbitry in 2008 or 2009.
We are Bill and Debbie Dotson. Our children are Rebecca, who is 25. She is married with 2 girls of her own. Ben, who is almost 19 and graduating from high school this year and Julie who is almost 8.
We started out with just one rabbit, a chocolate Mini Rex buck, named Joe. We then added Abbey, a broken blue Mini Rex doe, who died about three years ago. We bred them and fell IN LOVE with the entire process! I guess the rest is history!
We have raised an assortment of breeds, but have never given up our love for the Mini Rex. When we resume our rabbitry, we plan to breed Mini Rex and possibly Holland Lops.
