St. Lucia, located at 14 degrees latitude in the Windward Islands, offers:

Sunset Villa is 4 years old, built as a retirement home by a teacher from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Very soon, Doug and Vicki realized that their "little piece of paradise" deserved to be shared with other couples / families desiring a vacation with a reasonably priced
accommdation in a beautiful, fun filled island.

Sunset Villa is located in a very safe residential area within easy walking distance of 3 beautiful beaches, good restaurants, local bus transportation and car rentals, a shopping mall (with escalator & KFC), grocery stores, bakeries, deli, drug store, wine and party shop and fresh fish market. The single family dwelling and private, fenced grounds sit high in the rolling hills of the northern most part of the island, overlooking Rod Bay Marina, the village of Gros Islet and the Caribbean Sea beyond. It is tastefully decorated, fully equipped and comes with all linens and bedding, beach towels, bags and umbrellas, appliances, including a washing machine. The 1,024 sq. ft. dwelling consists of 2 full bedrooms with their own private baths, full kitchen and dining room, covered outdoor living room and two covered courtyards with their own shower and washroom facilities (see links above for more details and pictures of each of the rooms).

The capital City of Casties is only 8 miles away, easily accessed with cheap, reliable and safe public transportation ($2 EC per way). A public 18 hole golf course is 5 minutes drive away (carts and clubs available for rental approx $75 U.S. per round).
