Disgraced reporter signs book deal
New York - When we last heard of him, Jayson Blair was a reporter for the New York Times and he was accused of being a fraudulent plagiarist who penned three dozen phoney articles that were subsequently published in one of the world's most famous newspapers.
Now, Jayson Blair is to be an author of books with New Millennium Press whose motto must be, "It's a new millennium; we need new standards in writing".
Although it is suggested that he is going to write about his adventures in plagiarism at the Times, Blair has already set the bar low enough to tackle any topic. What a concept!
If Blair enjoys autobiographies, perhaps he could 'write' one of these? |
