We are a free support group for individuals experiencing anxiety symptoms. Meetings are for anyone who has panic attacks, chronic worry, obsessive thoughts and compulsions, phobias, social anxiety, or post-traumatic stress. Family members are welcome.

We meet every Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 PM at the
Wentworth-Douglass-Hospital in Dover, NH. Turn into the drive to the hospital at the lights and follow the signs for Visitor Parking. Enter the main entrance of the hospital located on the back side of the building. Check for the room location on the conference room schedule board or ask one of the receptionists. The group will welcome you..

The Dover NH Anxiety Disorders Support Group may not cover your needs if you have personality disorders other than anxiety and phobias such as:

And you are unable to focus during meetings and cannot refrain from interrupting others.
There is a Bi-Polar Support Group held at the Community Campus in Portsmouth NH every 2nd Monday of the month, 6:30-8:30 pm.
