Queue times:

Corkscrew:
Shortest wait: 10 mins.  During the first Dolphin Cove show (which ends at 11.15am), and after 3.00pm is the best time to do this ride.
Longest Wait: 20 mins.  Between 11.45 and 3.00pm is the busiest time of the day here.

Flume Ride:
Shortest Wait: 5 mins.  Make this your first ride of the day, because this one will just about always have a big long during the day.  This ride opens at 10.00am, and the closer you can get to this time, the less you'll have to wait.
Longest wait: 20mins.  Avoid it between 11.50 & 12.30 and 1.00pm & 2.00pm.

Pirate Ship:
Shortest wait: Walk on.  Due to the high capacity and relative lack of popularity, this ride is always a virtual walk on.  If it’s not a walk on, you'll probably have to wait 2 mins for the next ride.
Longest Wait: Walk on.  Isn't life great?

Bermuda Triangle:
Shortest wait: 5mins.  10.00am until 11.15 (During the early morning and during first dolphin cove show) is the best time to hit this ride.  Also is less popular in the late afternoon.
Longest wait: 20.  Avoid riding between 11.15 and 3.00pm.  This ride takes allot of people per hour, but you can still expect to wait upwards of 20 mins if you ride during this time.

Seaworld Monorail:
Shortest Wait: Walk on.  Virtually all day is walk on with this ride.
Longest wait: 15min.  Despite being walk on most of the time, it does tend to get very busy after Ski Challenge (1.00pm), and wait times can be as high as 15 mins.  It can also be very crowded at about 10.00am.

Seaworld Railway:
Shortest Wait: 15 mins.  The queue isn't what makes the wait for this ride so long; it's waiting for the train to get back to the station.
Longest Wait: 20mins.  Since this ride is so close to the Sea-Lion theatre, this ride is very popular straight after the 'Quest for the Golden Seal' show.

Skyway:
Shortest Wait: 5mins.  The station near the entrance is less crowded at about 11.00am, and stays quiet until 1pm.  It is also quiet after about 3.00pm.
The station in the castle will generally be quiet until about 11.15.
Longest Wait: 30 mins.  The station near the entrance is very busy from about 10.00am till 11.00, and it also gets busy as the 'Ski Challenge' show comes out at 1.pm.  Also avoid the castle entrance late in the afternoon, and 45mins before either Ski Show.

Thrill seeker:
Shortest Wait: Walk-on.  As with most of the rides, before 11.15 and after about 4.00pm is the best time to hit this ride.
Longest Wait: 10mins.  This ride has a very big queue house, and when it’s full, you'll be waiting quite a long time.  Generally avoid it after 11.15, and before 4.00pm.

Cartoon Network Cartoon Beach:
Shortest Wait: Walk on.  This area opens at 10.00am.  If you can get here before 11.00am, then everything should be walk on.  Also check back at around 3.00pm.
Longest Wait. 15mins.  Any time after 11.00am.  This area is extremely popular, and as a result, queue times can really become quite long.

Seaworld Australia Resource's words to the wise:

If you really want to make the most of your day, here are 5 inside tips.

1.  The first Dolphin Cove show is always full.  That means there are 2,500 who are watching the show instead of going on the rides.  Go on the rides during this time.  There are other dolphin cove shows during the day that are less crowded.  Don't see any shows in the morning, and you will miss the biggest crowds of the day.  See the afternoon shows instead.

2.  At 11.15, when the dolphin show is let out, there is almost a wave of people going into the rest of the park.  While some will go on rides, most of the 2,500 people are headed for 'Quest for the Golden Seal’, which starts at 11.30, The Sea-Lion theatre has a capacity of about 1,800.  Although I recommend that you stay with the rides until this show has finished, if you wish to see this show, get there at least 10 mins early.

3.  Both Pirates 3D Adventure and Reef Discovery open their doors 10 mins prior to Showtime.  Get there at least 10 mins early.  You may also find it necessary to arrive for Pirates 3D Adventure 20mins before Showtime to get a seat, as this show is very popular, and is almost always full.  Also be aware that no food or drink is permitted in either Reef Discovery or Pirates 3D Adventure.

4.  Avoid the plaza during the middle of the day.  It gets very busy.  The Top Terrace Food Court remains virtually crowd less all day with the exception of during the Ski Shows.

5.  The water park is very busy after about 2.00pm.  Before this time it is relatively quiet.  The late afternoon is actually the busiest time of day, as late afternoon is about when guests give in to the heat and humidity and go for a swim.
