Instructions on how to make tax-deductible donations:
The Brihan Maharashtra Mandal, a non-profit organization, has agreed to bear the costs of Dipti's medical expenses to the full extent of the donations that they receive. All donations made to BMM are tax-deductible. Their tax-id, for your reference, is 36-3148598.
Please make checks payable to "BMM" and mention "Dipti Jadhav Patil Medical Account" in the memo field of your check. The Maharashtra Mandal of Seattle has gracefully accepted the responsibilities of fund collection on the behalf of BMM.

Employee contribution matching program:
Many employers match employee contributions to non-profit organizations. If your employer participates in such a program, we encourage you to request your employer to match your contribution.
Note: If BMM is not on the list of non-profit organizations registered with your employer, we would appreciate the help of volunteers to complete the registration for us. Individuals who contributed to the non-tax-deductible account at Wells Fargo Bank can make their contribution tax-deductible by requesting a refund of their donation and then sending a check to the tax-deductible account as outlined above.
Instructions to get a refund:

Include your name, address, phone number, approximate date and amount of contribution, check or wire transfer information. With all the above information, we can quickly verify your contribution with Wells Fargo Bank and mail you a refund.
