What than is Death?
Death for many, if it is something it is the end of life.  For these people death is the destruction of living function.  Yet the material of life and the force that holds life together cannot be distroyed.  If one began to search for the end than I would ask them first to seek the beginning.
We can not pray peace, when there is no peace in our hearts.  Do you not know that you are flesh, and as flesh you will die?  Do you not realize that your bones will crack and crumble, then fade to dust?  Do you not understand that it is simply the flesh that longs?  With death will that longing end?  Do you think that death ends all suffering, that your shame will be no more?

In the end you will be judged by your own judgements.  You will be required to face yourself.  They that forgive will be forgiven
.
"For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the SUN?;"
Kahlil Gibran.
We do not know what life is.  Here than is that vital quality, which simply distinguishes a functional existence from an inanimate existence.  An organism is said to be alive when it has the charactistics of being alive.  To live is to aquire, and what does life aquire?  For all life lives in some way from the lives of other living things.  Even the death of life serves as the raw materials for use by life to grow and produce more life.  Thus, by the force which causes life to consume life, is the same force that consumes your life.
