In the Gnome stronghold you will come to the Grand Tree. Go to first floor and go through east door. Find the guy named Blurberry and he will give you what you need to start making cocktails including the gnome cocktail guide. Read this guide to learn how to make the cocktails. Once you have finished making him cocktails he will reward you a few gps and asks you if you can help him as he's busy. Its up to you if you want to help him or not. Helping him will get you cocktail orders and he will reward you with cooking exp and gps. There is also a guy named Heckel Funch he sells everything you need including gnome cocktail guides if needed. There is also a guy named Blurberry Barmen who sells you cocktails. **Use knife on fruit to make slices and chunks.

Fruit Blast 2 lemons. 1 orange. 1 pineapple. Mix 1 lemon, 1 orange and 1 pineapple in the shaker and then pour into glass. Top with slices of lemon. Restores hp ? /////// Pineapple Punch 3 Pineapples. 1 lemon. 1 orange. 2 limes. Mix 2 pineapples, 1 lemon and 1 orange in the shaker and then pour into a glass. Add diced pineapple and then diced lime. Top off with 1 slice of lime. Restores hp ? Alcoholic Cocktails ////Drunkdragon 1 vodka. 1 gin. 1 dwellberry. 1 pineapple. 1 cream. Mix vodka, gin and dwellberry in shaker and then pour into glass. Add diced pineapple and then cream. Heat over a warm range. Increases Strength. Decreases Attack. Restores some Hps. ? /////SGG- Short Green Guy 1 vodka. 4 limes. 1 equa leaves. Mix vodka, 3 limes in shaker and pour into glass. Sprinkle with equa leaves and add a slice of lime to finish. Increases Strength. Decreases Attack. Restores some Hps. ? ///// Choc Saturday 1 whiskey. 1 milk. 1 aqua leaves. 1 chocolate bar. 1 cream. 1 chocolate dust. Mix whiskey, milk and equa leaves in the shaker and then pour into glass. Add chocolate bar and then heat over a range. Add cream and finish with a sprinkle of chocolate dust. Increases Strength. Decreases Attack. Restores some Hps. ? //// Blurberry Special 1 vodka. 1 gin. 1 brandy. 3 lemons. 2 oranges. 1 lime. 1 equa leaves Mix vodka, gin, brandy 2 lemons and 1 orange and then pour into glass. Add orange chunks and then lemon chunks. Finish with one lime slice and then add a sprinkling of equa leaves. Increases Strength. Decreases Attack. Restores some Hps. ? ///// Wizard Blizzard 2 pineapples. 1 orange. 1 lemon. 2 limes. 2 vodka. 1 gin. Mix together in shaker 1 pineapple, 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 lime, 2 vodka and 1 gin and then pour into glass. Top with pineapple chunks and then a slice of lime. Increases Strength. Decreases Attack. Restores some Hps. ? *

Depends on your character combat level, how much you increase in strength and how much hps are restored. Decrease in Attack seems to be the same - 4 Hudo Glenford also give you food orders and he pays you for the items you make, also you get some cooking experience form it as well.
