February 11th Early to late Evening (exact time coming) - Timothy Zahn booksigning, Star Wars: Survivor's Quest
Crossroads Mall Borders Bookstore (Downtown SLC)
Please wear any Star Wars costumes you may have (preferably the 'good guys' as the local legion of the 501st Stormtroopers will be there too). Watch this space and the mailing list for more details, but word is we will be both entertaining people in line (trivia, photo ops, etc) and be an extra security force for the store to make sure people in line don't try to walk off with more stuff than they've paid for.

February 19-21st "Life, The Universe, and Everything" Sci-Fi/Fantasy Symposium
BYU Campus, Wilkinson Student Center - Provo, UT
Time once again for "LTUE"! The totally free (but registration required) semi-academic celebration of Sci-Fi and Fantasy. More information can be found here: http://humanities.byu.edu/ltue/.

February 21 5:00 PM - Rebels Associated Club Meeting
Connie's House
We will be planning the upcoming year's activities, discussing panel topics for CONduit 14, discussing club involvement in next year's Star Wars: Episode III premeire, discuss costume questions, work on our own Episode II Trivial Pursuit questions, and lots of other stuff.
Food: Please bring a Mexican-style dish with a Tatooine-related name. Be creative and have fun with it!

March 20th 5:00 PM - Jedi Combat Training
'Karate For Kids' Martial Arts Studio
Jori has graciously made arrangements for RA to use the martial arts studio where she teaches. Our resident "Jedi Combat experts" will be teaching the group some moves. Promptness would be much appreciated for this activity, more details to follow.
