Dresser, Wisconsin. Momorial day weekend 4x4 fun fest.
There were over 1000 four-wheel drive vehicles and plenty of 4 wheel-drive fanatics on hand.
The event took place a the Trollhaugen ski and outdoor area.
Several friends and I camped there  the entire weekend. We borke a few drive line parts, injured a few body parts (human and vehicular) and bruised a few egos as well. But most of all we had a great time.

Above: The Comanche scrambling up a couple hills along with an awsome Toyota Landcruiser and very capable Ford Ranger extended cab

Above: Eric's incredible Toyota Landcruiser. Its 44 inch meats and heavy duty drive train give him access to some of the more hairy trails. As proof to Eric's reputation, he fearlessly bounds over an obstacle nearly rolling his rig. Luckily the towering machine reared back and rested on a recently installed rear radiator grill and the rear hitch. True to his nature he sat poised on end with an ear to ear grin for the amazed onlookeers.

Above: More views of the terrific scenery and chanenging trails at the event. The area provides plenty of spots to pull off the trail and play in the mud and muck. The competent staff and trail bosses cleared stuck vehicles from the course and provide excellent advice on negotiation the more difficlult trails. I highly reccomend this event for anyone who enjoys 4 wheeling and the outdoors. Register eairly as the event only admits about 1000 vehicles for the entire weekend.
