Encona West Indian Original Hot Pepper Sauce

This is a Jamaican (though bottled in the UK) medium hot sauce made with scotch bonnet peppers. The texture is thin and the sauce has seeds in it, which adds to the heat. Too bad the vinegar almost drowns the scotch bonnet taste, but it can be used to add heat to foods where the vinegar taste isn't too much of a problem.
