Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce

This is a green variant of the familiar Louisianan red Tabasco sauce by McIlhenny Co., only much milder. The texture is very thin, and the taste vinegary. It was a real disappointment, as I could detect no heat at all in it, and the vinegar taste all but ate the jalapeņo flavor up. Not a sauce I will try again. 600-1,200 scovies.
