Sinsin Extra Hot Chilli Sauce

This is a Singaporean medium-hot sauce. The texture is very thick, reminiscent of the thicker varieties of ketchup. The taste is very pure and flavorful and the sauce adds a nice heat to most foods. I like this sauce, too bad I have to use it a lot to add enough heat to my taste.
