Her frame is slender, though not overly so. She has built up a fine definition of muscles in her arms and legs from working long hours at home and lifting children to and fro during the day. Long ringlets of copper-red hair hang to her mid-back, sometimes held up in a bun or pony tail though most often let fall around her slender shoulders. Her spring green eyes contrast greatly to the thick rings of flame, giving her an everlasting aura of vibrance. That coupled with the thin smattering of freckles across her nose and along her body add to her youthful exuberance and happiness. While her usual choice of clothing is a comfortable, old pair of pants and a loose fitting shirt, at work she normally wears tanned leather pants, a tucked in shirt (white) and a vest to match her pants. Not exactly a fashion model but Ruana feels that accessories serve no purpose and therefore have no place on her.
Personality: Ruana is a carefree, intelligent young woman who's only goal in life is to be around the dragons. She loves the mere sight of them and is overjoyed at the chance to study them, up close and personal. Her research has helped the Warren many times over and her continuing efforts in medical and herbal study improve the standards of the Warren's Infirmary. She has a optimistic attitude and always seems to be filled with energy. Her hunger for learning has made her an apt student in the Infirmary and one of the favourite Hands among recovering patients. She has a gentle touch with children, rendering her caretaker of the young when they scrape their knees or catch a cold. At home she had been responsible for all eight of her siblings and trying to keep their house intact. At the Warren she has retained these respectable qualities and continues to care for her siblings as much as she possibly can. Though with the passing of years, each of them have grown into responsible young adults themselves.
