You can train 1 time a day
Self train: +1 tier
On Yardrat you can learn Teleport
On Frieza you can learn Time Freeze
On Vegeta you can learn Dead Zone
On King Kai's you can learn Kaioken and Genki Dama
In Hell you can learn Majin 1 and Majin 2
To train all you have to do is post it on the message board that you're training.
Everyone gets to do the following training 2 times:
Room of Spirit and Time:
Doubles stats. Takes 1 day to complete. Can't be used after a person reaches a Lv of 100
Gravity training - must be done in a Capsule Corp Pod
x10 - must have a Lv of 100 adds 10% to stats
x20 - Lv of 200 +20%
x30 - 300 +30%
x40 - 400 +40%
x50 - 500 +50%
