What is Dragon Ball GT?
Dragon Ball GT is the sequel to Dragon Ball Z. GT stands for Grand Tour. Basically all DBGT is about is Goku's quest for the Black Star Dragon Balls, so that he can be a man again. Along with Goku on his journey are Trunks and Pan. On their journey they uncover villains, as usual, and resort to fighting. Anyways, making a long story short, Goku gets to be an adult again, and defeats Bebi, Super 17, and Ii Shenron, all of whom are trying to destroy our beloved Earth.
What are the Black Star Dragon Balls?
The Black Star Dragon Balls were actually created when Kami and Piccolo were one being. These balls were hidden in the depths of Kami's Palace. Now these Dragon Balls have some downfalls, and some pretty cool abilities. First, starting with the good stuff, these Dragon Balls are much more powerful. Their capabilities are much greater then the Earth or Namek Dragon Balls. Well that is about it for the good stuff, pretty sad huh? As for the downfalls, the planet of which the wish of these Dragon Balls were made on, is totally destroyed. Thus after the wish is made, these Dragon Balls don't just scatter throughout Earth, they scatter throughout the entire universe. So what does this Shenron look like? Well he is much bigger then the Shenron from Earth, and instead of being green, he is red. Thus by the looks of it, he is partly transparent. This more and likely is because of his great power. Now as for the physical traits of these Black Star Dragon Balls, well they are almost the same as the original Dragon Balls. Except they have Black Stars.
Episodes and Sagas of DBGT
Well DBGT is rather short. It has two sagas, and one pre-saga. With a total of 64 episodes. The two sagas are the Bebi Saga, and the Evil Shenron Saga. The pre-saga being Super 17. As for further information, I really can't go into great detail. I have yet to see these episodes |
