After growing jealous of Goku after he became a Super Saiyan, Vegeta becomes almost insane with his training...he trains everyday for almost 3 years. He wonders why he can't do it...until he is badly injured during a meteor shower and just let's his feelings go with his rage and he becomes a Super Saiyan.

Vegeta hears that his power will increase if he becomes of a slave of Babidi. He does so and becomes Majin Vegeta and gains this ability

Not an actual super saiyan form, but intriguing none the less: Learning that becoming Babi-di's slave will make him stronger, Vegeta volunteers to become Babi-di's slave. An "M" appears on Vegeta's forehead and he turns evil once again. Majin-Vegeta looks forward for another battle against Goku and hopes to defeat him once and for all. Vegeta's power donation to Babi-di grants enough energy to revive the being known as Majin-Buu.
